Crassula expansa ssp. fragilis

Origin: South Africa
Plant description: hardy, green spreading succulent that grows from 10 cm up to 25 cm in height and spreads up to 50 cm. It has small oval hairy leaves and stems that are either green or purple. The tiny star shaped white flowers are borne from November to April. 
Use: as a groundcover in rockeries, hanging baskets and pots. It thrives indoors and outdoors.
Light and position: it tolerates light and  sunny position.
Water requirements: moderate watering 
Special care: sufficient sunlight, does not need a lot of attention.
Pest and disease: mealybugs and scale insects.
Propagation: by layering and leaf cuttings in spring and summer.
